Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Lumen AI ("the Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use the service.

Service description

Lumen AI is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) monitoring platform that runs prompts in language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot to measure the visibility, ranking, and share of voice of your brand in AI-generated responses.

Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account via Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed through MercadoPago. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, at which point your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation is effective immediately and your plan will be downgraded to the free plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights
• Monitor people who are not public figures (see “Monitoring people”)
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Automating access to the service beyond what your plan allows
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization

Monitoring people

Lumen AI lets you monitor how people appear in AI answers only when they are public figures: people who hold elected or public office, officials, candidates, athletes, artists, content creators, broadcasters or other figures with their own audience or public exposure. We may request additional information and suspend the monitoring of any person who does not meet these conditions. By setting up this type of monitoring, you declare that:

• Every person you add is a public figure as described above, and the monitoring relates to that public exposure.
• You have a legitimate relationship with the person or with the group they belong to (for example, you are the person, their team, their party, their representative or the agency that advises them).
• You will not use the service to monitor private individuals, or to harass, surveil or gather information about anyone's private life.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, design, and content are the property of Lumen AI. The data and prompts you enter remain your property. We grant you a limited license to use the service under these terms.

Limitation of liability

Lumen AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of LLM results or that the service will be error-free. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or through a notice on the Platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Lumen AI operates. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration.
