Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Lumen AI ("the Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use the service.

Service description

Lumen AI is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) monitoring platform that runs prompts in language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini to measure the visibility, ranking, and share of voice of your brand in AI-generated responses.

Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account via Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

Plans and pricing

We offer the following plans:

• Starter ($0 USD/month): 1 company profile, 5 prompts, 1 automatic execution per month
• Pro ($70 USD/month): 15 prompts, 3 competitors, 10 executions per month + manual execution
• Agency ($150 USD/month): up to 5 client profiles, 10 prompts per profile, 15 executions per month per profile

Prices are subject to change. We will notify any changes with at least 30 days' notice.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed through MercadoPago. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, at which point your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation is effective immediately and your plan will be downgraded to the free plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Automating access to the service beyond what your plan allows
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization

Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, design, and content are the property of Lumen AI. The data and prompts you enter remain your property. We grant you a limited license to use the service under these terms.

Limitation of liability

Lumen AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of LLM results or that the service will be error-free. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or through a notice on the Platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Lumen AI operates. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration.
