Methodology

This report is based on data collected by the Lumen AI monitoring platform during the Q1–Q2 2026 period (January–June 2026).

Sample: 50 software and digital-services brands operating in Latin America, selected by search volume, presence on software marketplaces (G2, Capterra), and target customer size.

Monitored prompts: 200 queries representative of the buyer journey in each category (e.g. "What is the best CRM for mid-sized companies in Brazil?", "What analytics tools do Latin American startups use?"). Each prompt was executed against ChatGPT (GPT-4o) and Google Gemini 1.5 Pro.

Calculated metrics:
• Visibility Score: proprietary score from 0 to 100. Formula: Math.round((1 / rank) × 100). No mention = 0.
• Mention rate: percentage of executions in which the brand appears in the response.
• Share of Voice: percentage of mentions captured by the brand vs. all detected competitors in the same responses.

Limitations: Results are illustrative and represent trends observed in the analyzed sample. Exact scores vary by prompt, category, and AI model updates. This report does not constitute an individual audit of any specific brand.
